Payment and Shipping
We offer free express shipping on all orders over $199. For orders under $199 the shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. You can calculate the shipping costs for your order in the cart or on the checkout page.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Our local shipping companies are closed on weekends, so orders made between Friday afternoon and Sunday night will be shipped on Monday.
We always use tracked express shipping by FedEx, DHL, and UPS, but shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing. On average, it takes up to 7 working days before your order gets delivered to you.
After completing your order with us, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. As soon as we shipped your order, we will email you the tracking information, after which you can track your package on the shipper’s website. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.
We do not charge any sales tax, but your purchase may be subject to local import taxes and duties. The Crystal Skull Shop is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged in your country!
We ship worldwide, but at the moment we are not shipping to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, China, India, Indonesia. We reserve the right to exclude other countries that are not listed here.
You can pay by PayPal or by credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Our credit card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s largest and most secure payment providers.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans tailored to your personal situation. As a general rule of thumb, we are asking a 25% non-refundable down payment to secure a reservation. Feel free to contact us and discuss a payment plan with installments that works for you.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your purchase within 7 days after receiving it. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Every order is perfectly packed by us, making it close to impossible to get damaged during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and send us pictures of the damage and the packaging. We take full responsibility for your purchase arriving in perfect condition, and we will make sure to offer you a satisfactory solution.
